Who told you that you are not allowed to discuss or write about adsense? You are just not allowed to invite undue attention to your ads by words like the following "CLick here" "Support us" etc.You are welcome to write about adsense as long as you are not asking people to click on your ads or not causing any other violations mentioned in the adsense policies.

I visited your site and i coould see that your search box and link unit on your sidebar is not clearly visible.You need to choose vertical link unit instead of horizontal link unit in the sidebar.You also need to select a narrower search box which will fit your sidebar width.If you don't do these you will be violating the following adsense policy "Elements on a page must not obscure any portion of the ads, and the ad colors must be such that any ad elements, including text and URL, are visible"
